1.1) Information for Placing Orders
- Once your order has been placed online, you will receive an automatic email immediately confirming your order.
- If you are not sure on how to place an order, please email us on info@babygalore.co.za. We will place the order on your behalf.
- This email will contain a detailed list of your order (Eg Order 7149).
- Please check it and notify us if you notice any discrepancies.
- If you do not receive this email, contact us as soon as possible.
- Your email address may have been typed incorrectly or this email may have been filter by a SPAM-blocker set on your email program.
- You can send an email to info@babygalore.co.za
- We will send you an invoice & banking details in order for you to do an EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Unfortunately we do not accept credit card payments
1.2) Manufacturing Time & Shipping Information
- Our Nursery Furniture is handmade and our normal manufacturing time is 4 – 6 weeks. Should you require it urgently, please let us know. We might be able to assist.
- Baby Buggz Travel Systems & 4Moms Mamaroo4 will be shipped to you within 3 – 5 working days, should we have stock available.
- Manufacturing time on our Linen & Rocking Chairs is 4-6 weeks
- Please note that timelines may differ over festive seasons.
- Delivery & Transport Charges are billed separately.
- We do delivery & assembly in JHB & PTA, at an additional charge.
- We make use of reliable transporters for other areas should they service your area.
1.3) Return Policy
- We will not accept any returns on items, other than defective products.
- Any damages must also be reported immediately (within 24 hours of delivery).
- Baby Galore is not liable for any damages after collection from our factory. Once your order has been loaded on the collection vehicle or your own courier, it is your responsibility to check that your order has no damages.
